Our Maintenance Plans
Maintenance Services to be Provided (Using available hours)
- Maintain Online Calendar and Blog Updates (If used)
- Monthly reports of site statistics. (Hits, visitor info, etc)
- Handling questions about how the site operates.
- Covers making any changes to site:
- Minor changes include typos, simple editing of existing content, changing or adding simple links, replacing one image with another of the same size.
- Major Changes will be handled by a written estimate.
- These include adding a new page, modifying the look and feel of the site, changes to the navigation scheme.
- Our time is counted in 30-minute increments for each change. Unused hours can be carried over to the next month.
- At the end of the contract, unused hours can be used to reduce the cost of your next maintenance contract. (Savings = Unused hours X effective hourly rate of your existing plan)
Schedule
- Minor changes would have a completion target of 5 business days from receipt of change request.
- All other changes will be evaluated individually and you will receive a written target for completion.
Fees
Eagle Web Solutions Inc will execute this Maintenance Agreement as specified by the above description of services to be provided starting upon the signing of this agreement.
